It is an AI agent that not only responds but also helps perform actions,\u201d the developers noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In September, Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ukraine-launches-state-ai-agent-on-diia-portal\">launched<\/a> the \u201cworld&#8217;s first\u201d state AI agent on the Diia portal.
