The firm will use these funds to purchase the leading cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n<p>The round included participation from Blockstream&#8217;s head Adam Back and the management company TOBAM. Following the deal, the cryptographer&#8217;s stake will be 13.43%, and TOBAM&#8217;s will be 4.2%.<\/p>\n<p>Capital B plans to buy approximately 182 BTC. In this case, the company&#8217;s total assets will increase to 3,125 BTC. The deal structure also includes the possibility of raising an additional \u20ac99.1 million in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The fundraising is expected to conclude on May 13.<\/p>\n<p>Back on May 4, Capital B <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/kraken-completes-acquisition-of-crypto-platform-bitnomial\">raised<\/a> \u20ac1.1 million through the issuance of warrants.
