The company describes the service as a &#8220;simple and transparent way&#8221; to engage with price movements, rather than a traditional derivative instrument.<\/p>\n<p>Regulators in the US and Europe approach such products with caution. In 2018-2019, EU and UK authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fca.org.uk\/news\/statements\/fca-confirms-permanent-ban-sale-binary-options-retail-consumers\">banned<\/a> offering binary options to retail clients. In the US, such platforms are regulated by the CFTC. Due to regulatory restrictions, SnapMarkets is unavailable to residents of the US and UK.<\/p>\n<p>The service supports integration with Blockchain.com wallets and third-party DeFi applications.
