The lawsuit arises from the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/justin-sun-blacklisted-by-wlfi\">blocking<\/a> of his WLFI tokens and the threat of their burning.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Today, I filed a lawsuit in California federal court against World Liberty Financial to protect my legal rights as a holder of <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24WLFI&#038;src=ctag&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$WLFI<\/a> tokens.<\/p>\n<p>I have always been\u2014and remain\u2014an ardent supporter of President Trump and his Administration\u2019s efforts to make America crypto friendly.\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 H.E. According to Sun, the project&#8217;s team deprived him of his rights as an asset holder and his ability to participate in governance without valid reasons.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;I tried to resolve the situation amicably, but the team refused to unfreeze my tokens. I had no choice but to go to court,&#8221; the entrepreneur stated.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Previously, Sun <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/wlfi-holders-threaten-trumps-sons-project-with-class-action\">criticized<\/a> WLF for its lack of transparency. He pointed out that 76% of the votes in the project are controlled by just 10 wallets. He was also outraged by a new governance proposal from April 15, which entails a two-year lock-up of assets for early investors and the burning of 10% of advisor tokens. In his view, the actions of certain WLF employees &#8220;contradict the values of the elected U.S. President.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Sun is among the largest holders of the meme coin <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-to-know-about-donald-trumps-memecoin-surge-supply-and-industry-impact\">TRUMP<\/a>.
