We ask you to close all open positions, settle all outstanding obligations and <\u2026> withdraw funds to the CommEX exchange or to any other platform without restrictions,\\&#8221; the letter says.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Binance users who did not receive the message do not need to take any action, ForkLog&#8217;s representatives of the exchange said.<\/p>\n<p>They also reminded that <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-to-exit-the-russian-market\">the transfer of the Russian business to the CommEX platform<\/a> will continue for several months:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\"><p>\\n<\/p>\n<p>\\&#8221;All efforts are focused on ensuring a smooth user experience during this transition\\&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The team will continue to communicate the next steps in site announcements and official notification emails.<\/p>\n<p>As Binance exits Russia, deposits in rubles have been stopped since November 15, and withdrawals will continue until January 31, 2024. From that date the exchange&#8217;s P2P platform <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-p2p-platform-to-halt-ruble-trading\">will stop<\/a> supporting trading pairs with the ruble.<\/p>\n<p>On November 20, Binance <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/ru\/support\/announcement\/%D1%83%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5-%D0%BE%D0%B1-%D1%83-%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B8-%D1%81%D0%BF%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B2%D1%8B%D1%85-%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%B2%D1%8B%D1%85-%D0%BF%D0%B0%D1%80-20-11-2023-5211a421359c443abcd30533c3f67e91\\\">removed<\/a> ruble trading pairs with the largest cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier media reported that the exchange planned to <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/media-binance-to-shut-down-advcash-fiat-gateway\">terminate its partnership<\/a> with the Advcash payment system.
