The &#8220;zero or million&#8221; dichotomy underscores the market&#8217;s volatility and uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p>According to the MicroStrategy founder, if Bitcoin is indeed on a path to becoming a &#8220;fundamental asset in institutional portfolios&#8221;, then the current level of investment is insufficient.<\/p>\n<p>The current <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/experts-analyse-bitcoin-rally-and-offer-forecast-for-2024\">Bitcoin rally<\/a>, Saylor explained, is driven by positive developments surrounding the spot ETF, where the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-weighs-spot-bitcoin-etf-launches-with-several-issuers\">provided clear requirements<\/a> to issuers of the product. The rise of the asset is also aided by global inflation and looser policies towards cryptocurrencies in various jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, Bitcoin trades at $42 900, up around 15% for the month, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/bitcoin\">CoinGecko<\/a>.
