According to <a href=\"https:\/\/iz.ru\/1622716\/2023-12-19\/upravliaiushchaia-kompaniia-mainila-kriptovaliutu-za-schet-zhitelei-v-toliatti\">\u00ab\u0418\u0437\u0432\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0438\u044f\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Locals decided to check their building for crypto-mining devices after reading about a similar case nearby.<\/p>\n<p>In the locked basement room there really was \u201csomething very similar to a mining farm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, residents complained about a lack of heating in the building \u2014 temperatures in the apartments do not rise above 16\u201318\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>According to them, the farm belongs to the housing management company, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings. Residents fear that the housing management&#8217;s debts will be left to them.
