According to The Washington Post, Altman will not be included in its ranks.<\/p>\n<p>The new board will conduct an independent corporate investigation into the events.<\/p>\n<p>On the night of November 22, users widely reported outages in the operation of <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-is-chatgpt-and-is-it-really-that-good\">ChatGPT<\/a>, according to data from DownDetector.
