Valkyrie Funds will continue to operate as an independent entity until the deal is finalised.<\/p>\n<p>Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The firm expects the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span> to review its<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/valkyrie-seeks-to-register-a-spot-bitcoin-etf\"> application<\/a> to launch a spot ETF based on digital gold.
