This view <a href=\\\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/why-a-$76b-asset-manager-is-unlocking-onchain-yield\/id1554930038?i=1000633207695\\\">\u0432\u044b\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0438\u043b<\/a> VanEck CEO Jan van Eck in the Empire podcast.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<!--more-->\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\"><p>\\n<cite>&#8216;We are close to the end of the monetary tightening cycle. We are definitely closer to the end than to the beginning,&#8217; the executive said.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>He suggested that there are &#8216;at least six months&#8217; left until the Fed begins cutting rates.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The head of VanEck expressed optimism about the potential approval of the first spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In his view, the <span data-descr=\\\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">SEC<\/span> is unlikely to grant an advantage to any particular company as a pioneer, &#8216;bringing everyone to the market on the same day&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The prospective launch of the new financial product, Jan van Eck said, is &#8216;more symbolic than anything else&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\"><p>\\n<cite>&#8216;This is important, because everyone thinks it&#8217;s important,&#8217; the expert added.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Like platinum and silver, Bitcoin has become an alternative to gold as a store of value, the VanEck chief noted.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion he noted that Bitcoin&#8217;s halving &#8216;leads to a bull market&#8217;.
