The information comes from <a href=\\\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/ekonomika\/19106447\\\">TASS<\/a>, citing analysts from <span data-descr=\\\"Analytical Credit Rating Agency\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">ACRA<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Most issuances take the form of short-term and relatively small direct payment claims on issuers.
