He said that X plans to charge \u201ca small monthly fee\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in October, the network <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/x-begins-testing-paid-user-registration\">launched<\/a> a test of paid account creation for $1 for residents of New Zealand and the Philippines.
