The <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/metamask-adds-fiat-withdrawal-feature\">MetaMask<\/a> app was among the first to add support for the service. The initiative <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ledger-inks-partnership-with-paypal\">Ledger joined<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The service is available for crypto wallets, NFT marketplaces and decentralized applications.<\/p>\n<p>Companies and developers can contact PayPal to add On and Off Ramp support on their platforms. In turn, the payments giant commits to providing reliable security controls, as well as tools to combat fraud, chargebacks and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier PayPal <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/paypal-adds-bitcoin-support-to-its-mobile-app\">added<\/a> the ability to buy, sell and transfer cryptocurrencies via its mobile app. The service supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in August the company <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/paypal-launches-paypal-usd-stablecoin-pyusd\">announced the launch<\/a> of the USD-backed stablecoin PYUSD on the Ethereum blockchain. The issuer of the coin was the infrastructure blockchain company Paxos.<\/p>\n<p>The asset <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-community-weighs-paypals-stablecoin-prospects\">has drawn a controversial reaction<\/a> from members of the crypto community. Some saw PYUSD as promoting broad adoption of digital assets, while others pointed to centralisation risks.<\/p>\n<p>According to analysts <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/nansen-flags-weak-demand-for-paypals-pyusd\">Nansen<\/a>, more than 90% of PYUSD supply remains on the balance sheet of the issuing Paxos.
