By the summer of 2025, digital gold will have risen to $150,000. This forecast, in an interview CoinDesk<\/a> was presented by Rick Edelman, founder of Edelman Financial Engines.<\/p>\n

According to him, the crypto winter has stretched longer than most investors expected.<\/p>\n

The situation is starting to change, and by the summer of 2025 the price of digital gold could reach $150,000. The drivers could be the advancement of technology and the likely approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF<\/a>, explained Edelman.<\/p>\n

“We see radical changes. We are getting rid of the ‘bad actors’, ‘cleaning’ up the industry,”<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The specialist noted growing institutional interest in the leading cryptocurrency. In this context, he cited a wave of applications<\/a> to launch exchange-traded funds based on digital gold.<\/p>\n

Edelman also mentioned the upcoming halving<\/a> in April 2024 as a factor in expected price growth, recalling the positive reaction to similar events in 2012, 2016 and 2020.<\/p>\n

Edelman Financial Engines manages assets of $300 billion.<\/p>\n
