Both were responsible for the company\u2019s operations in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Kostarev had worked at Binance for five years. Ignore the <span data-descr=\"fear, uncertainty, doubt\" class=\"old_tooltip\">FUD<\/span>, keep building,\u201d added the exchange\u2019s CEO.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As a reminder, in late August Binance <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-drops-sber-and-tinkoff-names-amid-us-doj-investigation\">removed<\/a> from its P2P platforms the banks under American sanctions: Sberbank, Tinkoff and Alfa Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The exchange also <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-limits-russians-to-p2p-trades-in-rubles-only\">prohibited Russians from conducting exchange operations<\/a> with any fiat currencies other than the ruble.<\/p>\n<p>One of ForkLog\u2019s consulted experts <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/in-russia-a-proposal-to-block-binance-over-restrictions-on-russians\">proposed<\/a> considering blocking the restriction-imposing exchanges in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Against this backdrop, Binance representatives said they were studying, among other things, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-weighs-potential-exit-from-russia\">the possibility of a full exit from the jurisdiction<\/a>.
