In the run-up to the public launch, a number of services were made available to decentralized applications (dapps) developers, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>node providers, including Blockdaemon, QuickNode and Blast;<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/safe-expands-smart-account-features-with-erc-4337-support\">Safe<\/a> &#8220;smart-wallet&#8221; infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>blockchain explorers Basescan and Blockscout;<\/li>\n<li>data indexers The Graph, Goldsky and Covalent;<\/li>\n<li>developer tools from Thirdweb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to the statement, at the time of wide access to the mainnet there were more than 100 dapps and service providers active. They offered a range of use cases such as:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/uniswap-integrates-coinbases-base-layer-2-network\">cryptocurrency trading<\/a> (Uniswap);<\/li>\n<li>digital collectibles (Zora);<\/li>\n<li>participation in restaurant loyalty programs (Blackbird);<\/li>\n<li>interactions with social platforms (Forecaster);\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>gaming (Parallel);<\/li>\n<li>XMTP messaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coinbase also opened the Onchain Summer on-chain festival, dedicated to the mainnet&#8217;s launch.
