{"id":82567,"date":"2023-08-03T13:28:06","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T10:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=82567"},"modified":"2025-09-12T05:50:51","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T02:50:51","slug":"moscow-exchange-added-to-the-register-of-digital-financial-asset-exchange-operators","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/moscow-exchange-added-to-the-register-of-digital-financial-asset-exchange-operators\/","title":{"rendered":"Moscow Exchange added to the register of digital financial asset exchange operators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 3 August the Bank of Russia <a href=\"http:\/\/cbr.ru\/press\/event\/?id=16981\">included<\/a> the public joint-stock company \u201cMoscow Exchange MMBV-RTS\u201d (PJSC Moscow Exchange) in the register of digital financial asset exchange operators (DFA).<\/p>\n<p>Moscow Exchange became the first organisation on the list.<\/p>\n<p>The Bank of Russia, for its part, is aligning the rules for DFA exchange and confirming that the technical capacity to execute the transactions contemplated by those rules is in place.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cExchange operators when entering into DFA trades by collecting and matching opposing orders may interact with several information-system operators where digital rights are issued.
