With seamless swapping, liquidity provisioning, improved efficiency, reduced transaction fees and increased network throughput, we bring decentralized finance capabilities to a broader audience,\u201d the project team said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to data from <a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/chain\/Polygon%20zkEVM\">Defi Llama<\/a>, at the time of writing the total value locked in Polygon&#8217;s zkEVM network stood at $28.57 million.<\/p>\n<p>For PancakeSwap this is the fourth integration \u2014 the exchange supports the BNB Chain, Ethereum, and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/pancakeswap-proposes-adding-aptos-network-support\">Aptos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2023, the <span data-descr=\"decentralized exchange\" class=\"old_tooltip\">DEX<\/span> team introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/pancakeswap-unveils-third-version-of-its-protocol\">the third version of the protocol<\/a>. It provides liquidity providers with the ability to concentrate capital in specific price ranges, as implemented in Uniswap v3.<\/p>\n<p>On March 27, the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/polygon-launches-beta-version-of-zkevm-scaling-solution\">launch<\/a> of a zero-knowledge-proof-based Ethereum scaling solution (ZKP) took place. Polygon zkEVM supports Ethereum-compatible code and enables developers to use existing tooling and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>More than 50 <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-is-web3\">Web3<\/a>-projects have already deployed about 6,000 smart contracts on the protocol.
