The information is provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kommersant.ru\/doc\/6069499\">\u201cKommersant\u201d<\/a>, which has seen the text of the document.<\/p>\n<p>The new version proposes digital accounts for holding the financial instrument instead of digital wallets.
