The project\u2019s infrastructure and tooling are built on Cosmos SDK and CosmWasm technologies, providing compatibility with 51 <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-are-appchains\">appchains<\/a> in the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cNeutron was created to address three main problems facing smart contract developers in Cosmos: lack of security, lack of reliable neutrality, and access to cross-chain infrastructure,\u201d said Avril Duteil, one of the platform\u2019s co-founders.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The project started in May and became the first Cosmos blockchain launched using Replicated Security.
