The dominance index of the first cryptocurrency neared 51%.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in June, the price of bitcoin <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-price-falls-below-26000\">fell below $26,000<\/a>. On June 14, the digital gold prices <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/fed-keeps-key-rate-bitcoin-briefly-slips-below-26000\">began to recover<\/a> after the Fed kept the key rate <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/how-the-feds-policy-rate-affects-cryptocurrency-prices\">unchanged<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/michael-saylor-forecasts-a-multi-fold-rise-in-bitcoin-thanks-to-regulation\">predicted a multi-fold rise in Bitcoin<\/a> thanks to regulation. In his view, actions of the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SEC<\/span> lay the groundwork for the next bull phase.<\/p>\n<p>Former chair of the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CFTC<\/span> Timothy Massad <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/former-cftc-chief-cryptos-fate-hinges-on-the-secs-lawsuits-against-binance-and-coinbase\">stated<\/a>, that the future of digital assets depends on the outcomes of the SEC&#8217;s lawsuits against crypto exchanges <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-files-suit-against-binance-and-changpeng-zhao\">Binance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-files-suit-against-coinbase-exchange\">Coinbase<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 21, bitcoin briefly traded above $29,000.
