This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/05\/20\/bitcoin-in-divorce-how-spouses-hide-assets-crypto-hunters-find-them.html\">CNBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For asset division, she enlisted a court-appointed forensic accountant to trace her husband&#8217;s assets. She knew he earned $3 million a year, but the statement he provided clearly did not reflect all of his assets.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the specialist found that the man had not disclosed 12 BTC worth about $500,000 stored in an undisclosed cryptocurrency wallet belonging to the husband.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe never discussed this and did not invest together.
