The latter was charged with a similar offence. Police said that during a search of their luggage they found a set of counterfeit passports from Costa Rica and Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing on the case is scheduled for Friday, 24 March. We are working on this process,\u201d the watchdog agency&#8217;s press office said in a statement to the agency.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In February 2023, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-charges-terraform-labs-and-do-kwon\">\u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u044a\u044f\u0432\u0438\u043b\u0430<\/a> Terraform Labs and its CEO with charges of orchestrating a multi-billion-dollar securities fraud scheme.<\/p>\n<p>On 23 March, Kwon was detained at Podgorica Airport at the request of U.S. law enforcement agencies, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/singapore-police-begin-investigation-into-do-kwon\">\u0421\u0438\u043d\u0433\u0430\u043f\u0443\u0440\u0430<\/a> and South Korea.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, on the same day the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office for the Southern District of New York <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/u-s-prosecutors-charge-do-kwon-with-fraud\">\u043f\u043e\u0434\u0430\u043b\u0430 \u0438\u0441\u043a<\/a> against the co-founder of TFL.
