Typically, the buyer wires funds to the seller&#8217;s bank account. Once a price is agreed, the seller provides access to the wallet into which the coins will be credited after the airdrop, relinquishing their seed phrase.<\/p>\n<p>Prices in such a scheme can vary significantly. An anonymous user told <a href=\\\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/arbitrum-token-finds-its-way-to-otc-market-before-the-airdrop\\\">Cointelegraph<\/a> that the hype around early ARB sales is based on assumptions about the token&#8217;s market capitalization at launch.<\/p>\n<p>Market participants&#8217; expectations for the coin&#8217;s future price are largely optimistic. Additionally, the community and the DAO will receive assets enabling them to control 56% of voting power.
