(@arbitrum) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/arbitrum\/status\/1636352104913666050?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 16, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>ARB token holders will be able to vote on matters concerning the Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova networks, including changes to the code.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/tech\/2023\/03\/16\/arbitrum-to-airdrop-new-token-and-transition-to-dao\/\">the statement<\/a>, the team will distribute among the first users and investors 44% of the total supply of 10 billion ARB tokens. We will remain a service provider, and if the DAO calls on us to build software, we will do so,&#8221; commented Stephen Goldfeder, CEO of the project&#8217;s development firm.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Users of Arbitrum can check how many tokens are available for distribution to their addresses at <a href=\"https:\/\/arbitrum.foundation\/\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In February, the developers of the L2 solution Optimism <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/optimism-team-announces-second-op-airdrop\">announced<\/a> the second airdrop.
