This is reported in the <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20230309005046\/en\/Violet-Launches-Mauve-the-World\\\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The developer of the new platform is Violet, a project specialising in identity infrastructure and decentralised finance.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>&#8220;Mauve is a direct response to the fallout associated with FTX,&#8221; said the firm&#8217;s co-founder Markus Mayer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to him, <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/greed-and-recklessness-why-the-ftx-collapse-is-being-likened-to-the-2008-crisis\">collapse of the business empire of Sam Bankman-Fried<\/a> has eroded trust in cryptocurrencies on a global scale. Mayer is convinced that the industry&#8217;s future depends on further adoption of non-custodial products like Mauve.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>&#8220;That means that no one can access, let alone steal, the funds of retail or institutional investors. This helps restore trust among market participants,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The new <span data-descr=\\\"decentralised (non-custodial) exchange\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">DEX<\/span> requires users to undergo \\&#8221;strict compliance checks\\&#8221;.
