WaaS is intended to make setup as simple as creating a username and password.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\\&#8221;This technology eliminates a significant source of disagreement in the adoption of <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-is-web3\">Web3<\/a>. Essentially, we have created a system that can issue wallets to virtually every person on the planet,\\&#8221; said Patrick McGregor, head of Coinbase&#8217;s development department.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The tool comprises a set of <span data-descr=\\\"application programming interface\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">API<\/span>-interfaces and uses multiparty computation technology that splits encryption keys between the user and the company. This means the wallet can be easily recovered if the user loses access to their device. <\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>According to McGregor, some market participants, including Floor, Moonray, Thirdweb and Tokenproof, have already tested Coinbase&#8217;s new product.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\\&#8221;Starbucks, Adidas, Nike, Coca-Cola and social networks like Instagram, Twitter and Reddit \u2014 all of them are integrating crypto services into their products. Customers who use them will need a crypto wallet. That&#8217;s when Coinbase will come to the aid,\\&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the crypto exchange <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-launches-public-campaign-to-back-cryptocurrencies\">initiated<\/a> a public campaign Crypto435 in support of digital assets. Its main goal is to convey to politicians and regulators the core principles of Web3 technologies. <\/p>\n<p>In early March, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-announces-the-acquisition-of-one-river-digital-asset-management\">announced the acquisition of<\/a> the crypto-asset management service.
