{"id":74706,"date":"2023-02-27T16:25:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T14:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=74706"},"modified":"2025-09-09T21:46:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-09T18:46:35","slug":"fujitsu-and-mitsubishi-to-launch-a-metaverse-economic-zone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/fujitsu-and-mitsubishi-to-launch-a-metaverse-economic-zone\/","title":{"rendered":"Fujitsu and Mitsubishi to launch a &#8216;metaverse economic zone&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Fujitsu and Mitsubishi conglomerates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acnnewswire.com\/press-release\/english\/81500\/\">have joined forces<\/a> with banking giant Mizuho to create &#8216;the metaverse economic zone of Japan&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, the new Ryugukoku project is intended to organise open infrastructure, marketing and interaction among local companies.<\/p>\n<p>The combined group intends to be guided by the concept from former Square Enix employee and JP Games CEO Hajime Tabata \u2014 &#8216;Improve Japan through games&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>A press conference with a fuller description of Ryugukoku is planned for early summer 2023.
