The PR stunt drew criticism from the crypto community.<\/p>\n<p>The studio paid $6.5 million to publish the video, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/venturebeat.com\/games\/gabe-leydons-limit-break-plans-6-5m-super-bowl-ad-for-nft-game\/\">VentureBeat<\/a>. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/opensea.io\/collection\/digidaigakudragoneggs\/activity\">OpenSea<\/a>, DigiDaigaku trading volume surpassed 16.5 ETH (about $25,000) with an average price around 0.35 ETH (~$527).<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, four crypto companies <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/crypto-firms-wont-run-ads-at-the-super-bowl-after-the-ftx-collapse\">expressed<\/a> interest in Super Bowl advertising, but after <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/how-the-collapse-of-ftx-and-alameda-research-will-affect-the-crypto-industry\">the FTX collapse<\/a> these deals were not completed.<\/p>\n<p>The year 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-ftx-crypto-com-crypto-firms-post-record-super-bowl-advertising\">was marked by record spending<\/a> by representatives of the crypto industry.
