During the reporting month the metric hit an all-time high twice <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitcoin-mining-difficulty-hits-new-all-time-high\">\u043e\u0431\u043d\u043e\u0432\u0438\u043b \u0438\u0441\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0438\u0447\u0435\u0441\u043a\u0438\u0439 \u043c\u0430\u043a\u0441\u0438\u043c\u0443\u043c<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Based on daily bitcoin prices, Argo&#8217;s mining revenue in January amounted to $3.42 million (\u00a32.80 million) vs $2.49 million (\u00a32.07 million) in December.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>As of January 31 the company held cryptocurrency reserves of 115 BTC. Total hash rate stood at 2.5 EH\/s.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>At the end of December Argo signed an agreement with Galaxy Digital Holdings Mike Novogratz to sell the flagship <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/argo-blockchain-to-sell-galaxy-digital-texas-mining-centre-for-65-million\">data centre Helios in Texas for $65 million<\/a>. The deal is in the process of closing. Following the change of ownership of the facility, the company will stop publishing monthly mining-revenue data.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In January a class-action lawsuit was filed against Argo <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/class-action-lawsuit-filed-against-argo-blockchain\">. An investor accused the firm of concealing key information during the <span data-descr=\\\"Initial Coin Offering \u2014 primary offering of coins\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">ICO<\/span> and of making false statements.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>Argo commented on the complaint, which will be heard by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York:<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\\&#8221;The company rejects all allegations and considers this class-action baseless. Argo will vigorously defend itself.\\&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>As counsel, the company has retained the international law firm McDermott Will &#038; Emery.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In January Argo avoided delisting from Nasdaq (the company also trades on the <span data-descr=\\\"London Stock Exchange \u2014 London Stock Exchange\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">LSE<\/span>).
