According to Fox Sports&#8217; vice president of advertising sales, Mark Evans, the representation of major crypto firms will be &#8216;zero&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>On February 6, the blockchain-game developer Limit Break said that as part of the Super Bowl <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20230206005228\/en\/Limit-Break%E2%80%99s-Upcoming-Super-Bowl-Commercial-Breaks-the-Paradigm-for-Online-Gaming-Interactive-Advertising\\\">will show<\/a> interactive advertising, in which it will give away NFTs.<\/p>\n<p>As part of plans for 2023, <span data-descr=\\\"U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">SEC<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-chair-makes-cryptocurrency-regulation-a-priority-for-2023\"> limit the use<\/a> of endorsements and recommendations, including by celebrities, in promoting cryptocurrency-related financial products.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2022, the Commission<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/sec-accuses-kim-kardashian-of-illegal-promotion-of-ethereummax\"> accused<\/a> Kim Kardashian of illegal advertising of the altcoin EthereumMax (EMAX).<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, <span data-descr=\\\"Financial Conduct Authority\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">FCA<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/british-regulator-threatens-imprisonment-for-unauthorized-crypto-advertising\"> threatened imprisonment<\/a> for unauthorized promotion of cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Advertising Standards Authority<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/uk-to-tighten-oversight-of-cryptocurrency-advertising\"> began examining<\/a> the option of adding a disclaimer to digital-asset advertising.<\/p>\n<p><em>Update (08.02, 19:15 MSK): changes have been made to the headline.
