This was reported by <a href=\\\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/20230123\/peso-1846687871.html\\\">\u00ab\u0420\u0418\u0410 \u041d\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438\u00bb<\/a>, citing the press service of business ombudsman Boris Titov.<\/p>\n<p>The project was discussed during a business meeting in Havana with the head of the Cuban central bank, Marta Gonzalez.
