(@MetaMask) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MetaMask\/status\/1605634808385765376?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 21, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The MetaMask Swaps feature has also become available in the Portfolio Dapp \u2014 a universal solution for asset aggregation by accounts, viewing multi-chain balances of tokens and NFTs, and connecting to various networks.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abMetaMask Swaps enables exchanging tokens directly from a desktop or mobile wallet, aggregating data from various <span data-descr=\"decentralized exchange\" class=\"old_tooltip\">DEX<\/span> and market makers, guaranteeing the best price with the lowest network fees\u00bb, \u2014 the team said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After the update the feature supports six networks:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ethereum;<\/li>\n<li>Binance Smart Chain (BSC);<\/li>\n<li>Polygon;<\/li>\n<li>Avalanche;<\/li>\n<li>Arbitrum;<\/li>\n<li>Optimism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Developers <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/developers-add-cross-chain-bridge-aggregator-to-metamask\">launched<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-are-cross-chain-bridges\">cross-chain bridges<\/a> aggregator MetaMask Bridges in November. In their words, using the Swaps built on it offers a number of advantages:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>time savings, protection against slippage and automatic selection of the cheapest route for the trade;<\/li>\n<li>exchanging in one place without having to leave the wallet;<\/li>\n<li>maintaining control over both tokens and the swap operation, which does not require registration on centralized platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abIt should be remembered that MetaMask is only a data aggregator that enables token exchanges. This means we collect quotes, filter them, and you decide whether to proceed with the transaction.
