The company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crunchbase.com\/organization\/kucoin\">is registered<\/a> on the Seychelles.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abThis [lack of legal registration in the Netherlands] means that MGL is violating the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Act and illegally offers exchange services for virtual and fiat currencies, and custodial wallets\u00bb, the statement said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The DNB added that MGL&#8217;s clients \u201cdo not violate the rules.\u201d The regulator did not specify what measures it might take against the platform.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021 the Dutch central bank <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dutch-central-bank-says-binance-is-not-registered\">issued a similar warning<\/a> concerning Binance.
