The Block reports.<\/p>\n<p>The funding round was led by European venture firm XAnge with participation from Bpifrance, Blockchain Founders Fund and Wagram Capital. In December 2021 Dogami <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nftgators.com\/dogami-secures-6-million-backing-from-ubisoft-animoca-and-sandbox-co-founders\/\">attracted $6 million<\/a> from Animoca Brands, Sandbox, Ubisoft and others.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Dogami are not ordinary dogs; they arrived from space on Earth with a specific mission. They must find the person they are connected to, reclaim their memory and recall their heritage and origin,&#8221; said Dogami&#8217;s CEO Max Stockl.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Founded in mid-2021, the project lets users purchase non-fungible tokens (<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-are-nfts\">NFT<\/a>) for 3D dogs. The startup has also released the mobile game DOGA House for Dogami NFT owners. According to the team, the average age of project players is 30.<\/p>\n<p>According to Stockl, the storyline crafted by a former Marvel screenwriter will allow Dogami to release content for many years. The startup aims for a mass-market rollout with prospects including distribution in comic-book or video formats.<\/p>\n<p>In December, NFT platform Shibuya <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/nft-platform-shibuya-raises-6-9-million-from-a16z-and-other-investors\">attracted $6.9 million<\/a>.
