{"id":71312,"date":"2022-12-12T12:26:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-12T10:26:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=71312"},"modified":"2025-09-08T07:56:39","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T04:56:39","slug":"class-action-filed-against-yuga-labs-over-bored-ape-yacht-club-and-apecoin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/class-action-filed-against-yuga-labs-over-bored-ape-yacht-club-and-apecoin\/","title":{"rendered":"Class-action filed against Yuga Labs over Bored Ape Yacht Club and ApeCoin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Law firm Scott+Scott filed a lawsuit against Yuga Labs on behalf of holders of <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-are-nfts\">NFT<\/a> from the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and ApeCoin (APE) tokens, according to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/web3\/2022\/12\/09\/bieber-madonna-among-dozens-of-celebs-named-in-lawsuit-alleging-yuga-labs-nft-scheme\/\\\">CoinDesk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also names <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/allegedly-linked-to-justin-bieber-opensea-account-bought-bayc-nft-for-470770\">Justin Bieber<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/madonna-buys-bored-ape-yacht-club-nft-for-556000\">Madonna<\/a>, model Paris Hilton, TV host Jimmy Fallon, and other celebrities.
