Bankman-Fried faces a fine.<\/p>\n<p>The regulator<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ftx-us-accused-of-securities-law-violations\"> began an investigation<\/a> in October as part of examining<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ftx-wins-auction-for-voyager-digital-assets\"> the deal<\/a> to buy FTX US assets of the bankrupt lender Voyager Digital.
