FTX US is a separate legal entity.<\/p>\n<p>Sam Bankman-Fried<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bankman-fried-ftx-assets-exceed-customer-deposits\"> assured<\/a> that the value of the exchange&#8217;s assets exceeds client deposits.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier Bloomberg and WSJ<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bloomberg-and-wsj-report-an-8-billion-hole-in-ftx-balance-sheet\"> reported<\/a> an $8 billion hole in the platform&#8217;s balance sheet.<\/p>\n<p>On November 10, Binance <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-abandons-bid-for-ftx-justin-sun-says-he-will-help-find-a-solution\"> walked away from the deal to acquire FTX<\/a>.
