A bankruptcy petition has been filed against Take Wing, a company partly owned by Ruslan Glazyev, son of former State Duma deputy Sergei Glazyev, \u0437\u0430\u044f\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043e \u0431\u0430\u043d\u043a\u0440\u043e\u0442\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435<\/a>. The firm previously developed \u00ab\u043d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0443\u044e \u0446\u0438\u0444\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0443\u044e \u0432\u0430\u043b\u044e\u0442\u0443\u00bb TWCoin.<\/p>\n

Take Wing, registered in Moscow \u0432 \u0430\u0432\u0433\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0435 2017 \u0433\u043e\u0434\u0430<\/a>, \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0432\u043b\u044f\u0435\u0442<\/a> services in fintech, biotech, blockchain, P2P and precision farming. Ruslan Glazyev’s stake in the company amounts to 33.33%.<\/p>\n

The company also has a subsidiary, LLC \u00ab\u0422\u044d\u0439\u043a \u0423\u0438\u043d\u0433 \u0413\u043b\u043e\u0431\u0430\u043b\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The creditor in the bankruptcy case was \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043f\u0440\u0438\u043d\u0438\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044c \u041c\u0438\u0445\u0430\u0438\u043b \u0424\u0438\u043b\u0438\u043f\u043f\u043e\u0432<\/a>, who performed for the company analytics, development, adaptation and modification of software for computers and databases. Some of these services were not paid; the debt to Filippov amounts to 7,4 \u043c\u043b\u043d \u0440\u0443\u0431\u043b\u0435\u0439<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 2018, Ruslan and Sergei Glazyev prepared a software report \u00ab\u041a\u0440\u0438\u043f\u0442\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043b\u044e\u0442\u044b \u043a\u0430\u043a \u043d\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0439 \u0442\u0438\u043f \u0434\u0435\u043d\u0435\u0433\u00bb. In particular, it was presented at the conference \u00ab\u0422\u0435\u043d\u0434\u0435\u043d\u0446\u0438\u0438 \u0440\u0430\u0437\u0432\u0438\u0442\u0438\u044f \u0438\u043d\u0442\u0435\u0440\u043d\u0435\u0442 \u0438 \u0446\u0438\u0444\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0439 \u044d\u043a\u043e\u043d\u043e\u043c\u0438\u043a\u0438\u00bb<\/a> in Crimea.<\/p>\n

In addition, \u00ab\u0422\u044d\u0439\u043a \u0443\u0438\u043d\u0433\u00bb developed the \u00ab\u043d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0443\u044e \u0446\u0438\u0444\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0443\u044e \u0432\u0430\u043b\u044e\u0442\u0443\u00bb TWCoin on the basis of the Quorum blockchain. The project’s white paper was posted on GitHub. The company’s repository is currently \u043f\u0443\u0441\u0442<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Unified Federal Register of Insolvency Information also contains a \u0443\u0432\u0435\u0434\u043e\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043e\u0442 \u0430\u043f\u0440\u0435\u043b\u044f 2021 \u0433\u043e\u0434\u0430<\/a> about the exclusion of Take Wing from the state register of legal entities.<\/p>\n

Additionally, in January 2022 a \u0437\u0430\u044f\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043e \u0431\u0430\u043d\u043a\u0440\u043e\u0442\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435<\/a> in relation to the company was filed by a certain Vadim Kostin.<\/p>\n

As reported at the World Economic Forum in September 2018, Sergei Glazyev, then adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, presented the project ‘a legal cryptocurrency platform’ Vladex.<\/p>\n

BBC reports that 99% of Vladex, registered in Vladivostok, belongs to 24-year-old Kirill Malofeyev, son of businessman Konstantin Malofeyev. The latter has been named by media as involved in the theft of bitcoins from the Wex cryptocurrency exchange.<\/p>\n

In the same year Glazyev spoke in support of the cryptoruble.<\/p>\n
