This makes Paxos the first US-based global <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/blockchain?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#blockchain<\/a> infrastructure provider to receive approval. Learn more: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/6vorIMpFkm\">https:\/\/t.co\/6vorIMpFkm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Paxos (@PaxosGlobal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PaxosGlobal\/status\/1587596935866687488?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 2, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circle.com\/en\/pressroom\/circle-earns-in-principle-regulatory-approval-in-singapore\">Circle&#8217;s press release<\/a>, the company can conduct cross-border and domestic transfers, as well as offer crypto-related products.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;This important event allows us to work with all stakeholders and demonstrate the potential of digital currencies, open payment systems and innovative fintech regulation to spur economic growth and strengthen Singapore&#8217;s position as a global hub for digital assets,&#8221; said Dante Disparte, a member of the board of directors of the Centre consortium.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The regulator&#8217;s licence enables Paxos to provide payment services and offer its products to Singapore-registered companies.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;We believe that blockchain and digital assets will revolutionize finance worldwide, but the development of this technology must be conducted under clear oversight and consumer-protection safeguards,&#8221;
