As part of the initiative the OSCE&#8217;s Department for Transnational Threats will explain the core concepts and key trends in anonymity and encryption, the features of cryptocurrencies and the dark net.<\/p>\n<p>The training is based on materials developed by the European Group on Education in the Fight Against Cybercrime.
