According to its conclusion, the document <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/duma-committee-recommends-rejecting-cryptocurrency-mining-bill\">provides for<\/a> the use of digital assets as a means of payment in Russia, which contravenes the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>The committee noted that the bill does not describe the mechanism for taxation of mining, the supervision of this activity, and the requirements for data-centre operators.
