This stems from concerns that the latter may prioritise their own transactions over those of network participants.<\/p>\n<p>According to<a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.mevboost.org\/\\\"> mevboost.org<\/a>, almost 60% of blocks in the Ethereum network were generated using <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/what-is-mev-in-ethereum\">maximum extractable value (MEV)<\/a>, providing validators with additional staking rewards.<\/p>\n<p>Flashbots\u2019 share stands at 80.74%. The service operates in the United States and censors all transactions linked to the sanctioned Tornado Cash protocol list.<\/p>\n<p>The growing share of \u201cfilterable\u201d operations by relay services prompted Flashbots co-founder Stefan Gosselin to resign.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p><em>\u201eIn the short term, validators will avoid connecting to relays that censor.
