The law has passed registration with the Ministry of Justice and comes into force immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Tariffs vary depending on provider category:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cryptocurrency exchanges must pay 120 million sums ($11,000) per month;<\/li>\n<li>mining pools \u2013 $2,750;<\/li>\n<li>cryptocurrency shops \u2013 $550;<\/li>\n<li>custodial services \u2013 $135. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The monthly amount for individual miners will be $275.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Failure to pay the fee for a single month is grounds for license suspension.
