The final price will be adjusted based on quotes on the date of the closing of the deal. The bid also includes additional consideration of about $111 million.<\/p>\n<p>The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors has actively supported the FTX US bid.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe FTX US bid accelerates the company&#8217;s restructuring, providing debtors with the ability to reimburse funds to customers and creditors,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Voyager&#8217;s claims against the bankrupt Three Arrows Capital (3AC) remain in the bankruptcy estate. Any funds recovered from the 3AC loan of $650 million will be distributed among creditors.<\/p>\n<p>The sale closes a nearly <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/voyager-digital-to-hold-asset-auction\">two-week auction<\/a>, in which <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/binance-and-ftx-named-among-contenders-for-voyager-digital-assets\">FTX and Binance<\/a> led. Voyager concluded that \u201cFTX is the best alternative for the company&#8217;s shareholders,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>Details of the reimbursement terms have not yet been disclosed. Additional information on when Voyager clients will have access to their cryptocurrency will be provided as it becomes available.<\/p>\n<p>The deal will be approved by the court subject to creditor votes. A hearing is scheduled for October 19.<\/p>\n<p>Back in July, Voyager Digital filed a <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/voyager-digital-podal-zayavlenie-o-bankrotstve\/\">bankruptcy filing<\/a>. The company cited total obligations in a range from $1 billion to $10 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The broker is one of the creditors of the hedge fund 3AC.
