The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/7e9f6182-f545-4e53-9cef-1ae4f6e3bd9f\">Financial Times<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities do not know the whereabouts of Do Kwon, and have therefore asked Interpol to issue the so-called <span data-descr=\"a request for the search and temporary detention of the specified person with a view to extradition\" class=\"old_tooltip\">\u00abred notice\u00bb<\/span>. If approved, it would be circulated to police in 195 countries.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channelnewsasia.com\/business\/wanted-crypto-founder-do-kwon-says-not-run-2946576\">CNA<\/a>, Singapore authorities have confirmed media reports that Do Kwon has left the city-state.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, on 14 September a court in South Korea <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/seoul-court-issues-arrest-warrant-for-do-kwon\">issued an arrest<\/a> for the Terraform Labs CEO and five others. The charges relate to breaches of capital markets legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The following day, local media reported that the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors&#8217; Office had to <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/seoul-prosecutors-seek-revocation-of-passport-for-terra-founder-do-kwon\">cancel the passports of Do Kwon<\/a> and the other defendants.<\/p>\n<p>On 17 September, the Terraform Labs CEO said that <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/do-kwon-denies-reports-that-he-is-on-the-run\">he is not on the run and is cooperating with authorities<\/a>.
