The attorney had previously been accused of involvement in paid-for cases.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of August on the CryptoLeaks <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/ava-labs-ceo-dismisses-cryptoleaks-accusations-of-pressuring-rivals-as-nonsense\">appeared<\/a> a series of videos in which Roche says he used &#8216;the litigation process as a tool to disrupt the operations of competitors [Ava Labs] and to draw regulators&#8217; attention to the latter&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>In the recordings, the lawyer also admitted to using litigation services as a &#8216;strategic tool to support&#8217; the company behind Avalanche.<\/p>\n<p>Ava Labs founder Emin G\u00fcn Sirer refuted CryptoLeaks&#8217; accusations. He denied any collusion with Emin G\u00fcn Sirer.<\/p>\n<p>Roche Freedman still has several open suits against other players in the crypto market, including Nexo, Solana Labs, Dfinity, BAM Trading and Celsius Network.<\/p>\n<p>CryptoLeaks has accused Ripple of ties to Roche Freedman.
