Management called this &#8216;a suboptimal solution&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The Hodlnaut mechanism being sought provides for the appointment of a judicial manager and a moratorium on legal claims against the firm.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;This pause will give us a breather to focus on efforts to rehabilitate the company,&#8221; Hodlnaut said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The platform&#8217;s management noted that approving an external administrator by the court could take several months, so the company has proposed its own temporary candidate \u2014 Chi Chong Tema of Kairos Corporate Advisory.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, the proposed specialist has 37 years of experience in corporate and financial management and has worked at various consulting firms of the Big Four.<\/p>\n<p>On August 8, Hodlnaut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hodlnaut.com\/press\/hodlnaut-message-to-our-users\">suspended withdrawals<\/a>, swaps and token deposits.<\/p>\n<p>In July, the crypto lending platform Vauld <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/vauld-wins-temporary-creditor-protection\">announced<\/a> a temporary suspension of operations, and Celsius Network <a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/celsius-files-for-bankruptcy-protection\">filed for bankruptcy<\/a>.
