It includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the full name and residential address of the recipient;<\/li>\n<li>the purpose of the transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exchange representatives said the changes are necessary to comply with local law.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cIn certain cases we may require you to link your Coinbase wallet to your main Coinbase account to send funds off the platform. This will allow us to ensure that you control the address that receives the assets,\u201d the message says.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier the Dutch Bitcoin-exchange<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/dutch-bitcoin-exchange-bitonic-requires-users-to-submit-wallet-screenshots\"> Bitonic<\/a> notified users<\/a> of the need to confirm each withdrawal address by sending a screenshot of the wallet or a signed message.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2021 the trading<a href=\"https:\/\/u1f987.com\/en\/news\/bitonic-sues-the-dutch-central-bank\"> platform sued the Dutch central bank<\/a>.
