In total, along with subsequent rounds among users, 19% of the 4.29 billion token emission will be distributed.<\/p>\n<p>The team released a <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/T1LGWk8hk9g\">step-by-step video<\/a> with a guide <a href=\"https:\/\/app.optimism.io\/airdrop\/check\">for receiving OP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Token holders <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.optimism.io\/t\/operating-manual-of-the-optimism-collective-v0-1-1\/592\">will be able<\/a> to delegate their voting rights to a community member or participate in voting themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly <a href=\"https:\/\/gov.optimism.io\/c\/proposals\/38\">30 proposals<\/a> for Phase 0 have already been formed.<\/p>\n<p>In the near future, participants in the Optimism <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.io\/optimism-provedet-airdrop-v-ramkah-perehoda-na-novuyu-strukturu-upravleniya\/\">collective token chamber<\/a> will review the distribution of incentives among projects already interacting with the solution. If all proposals are approved, developers will collectively receive 36,600,000 OP (15% of the tokens in the governance fund).<\/p>\n<p>In Phase 1, any projects that present a development plan using OP to stimulate growth will be eligible; they will share 85% of all tokens in the governance fund.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/app.optimism.io\/announcement\">community<\/a> will also focus on growth-related issues such as protocol upgrades and reserve governance.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, trading platforms OKX, LBank and MEXC announced the listing of the Optimism token.<\/p>\n<p>A listing on Binance is expected soon.
